Room cleanliness has nothing to do with tend quality, and in fact doesn't matter for anything regarding health in the game apart from infection chance (which is completely separate from tend quality) and obviously food poisoning chance. You can now cure gut worms by removing their stomach in the surgery tab. Facilities simply refers to whether there's light or not, as sub-50% light level will lower your medic's sight and by extension tend quality. ![]() The actual tend quality will also be affected by factors like medicine used, facilities, room cleanliness, luck, and so on.How many tend qualities are there? Or am I misunderstanding it? Medicine used refers to medicine potency, which is (off the top of my head) 60% for herbal, 100% for regular, and 160% for glitterworld medicine. It's only affected by your medic's skill and medical condition, as well as the potency of the medicine used in the treatment. It has nothing to do with your food preparation or lack there of.
